Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50. All orders less than $50 will have an additional shipping fee of $8.
For special requests please contact us at info@newstepny.com or leave a note when placing an online order.
"Any" packages that are returned or shipped with incorrect or missing shipping information selected by the customer during checkout will be subject to additional shipping charges for any corrections (couriers charge roughly $18 for any change in address or correction of an address).
We do not guarantee that all the requested items are in stock and may ship without any notification. Please leave us a comment if you need to be notified.
Refund to original payment method is issued automatically for any low/out of stock items after processing and shipping the order.

NOTICE
After receiving an order, it usually takes 3-5 business days to process it and another 7-10 business days for the order to be delivered to final destination.
We do NOT guarantee that all items requested are in stock and may be shipped without any notifications, unless there is a note to contact you prior to shipping.
Your credit card will be charged once you check out from our website and if there is a difference due to sold out items, we will provide you with a refund
